Parcel Shipment

As a general rule, packages are shipped between 20 and 25 days after receipt of payment, via SEUR with tracking number. Before making the delivery, SEUR will contact you by SMS to let you know the approximate time of delivery.

The delivery time to the address provided will be between 20 and 25 days, except in the Balearic and Canary Islands, which will be 30 days. In the rest of Europe it will be between 25 and 30 days. Orders placed in August will be delivered the 1st week of September.

In the event that the Package does not fit in the elevator, the Carrier shall not be obliged to take it up to the dwelling, leaving it on the Ground Floor of the building.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected, however if you notice any bumps or damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing the carrier’s delivery note.
