Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this  contract within 14 calendar days without  the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party  indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of   the goods.

You may use the model of  withdrawal form that appears a continuation, although its use is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient hat the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiration of the relevant period.

In the event of cancellation on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional expenses resulting from your choice of an appropriate delivery method different from the delivery method less costly than ordinary delivery we offer) without any undue delay and,   in any event, no later than 14 calendar days a from the date on which we are informed of  your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with the reimbursement using the same means of payment used   by you for the initial transaction, unless  you have expressly provided otherwise  ; in any case, you will not incur any  charges as a result of the refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have  received the goods, or until you havea provided proof of their return  , depending on which condition is met   first.

The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if  you return the goods prior to the date   this deadline concludes. The right of withdrawal shall not apply a contracts relating to:

– The supply of goods or  services which price depend on the fluctuations  of the financial market which the business  can not control and which could take place  during the period  of  withdrawal.
– The supply of goods made  to the consumer’s or user’s  specifications or clearly personalized.
– The supply of goods that may deteriorate o expire quickly.
– The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
– The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed in an inseparable way with other goods.
– The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of entering into the sales contract and which can not be delivered before 30 days, and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot control.
– The supply of sound records or   video records sealed or informatic programmes  sealed which have been unsealed  by the customer and user after the   delivery.
– The supply of daily press,  periodical publications or magazines, with the exception   of the subscription contracts for suppply.

If the client is not satisfied with the delivered product, they can reutrn it in a period of 14  natural days since the reception of the good of the contract,  and they will be refunded the total amount of the purchase, minus return costs, wich will be a maximum of 35,00€  OCU Return Rights.

In the case of Outlet Pictures, as they are unique pieces, if they arrive broken at the Destination, the model may not be repeted, PAYING the price of the cost of the same.

In the case of paintings in custom colors, requested by the customer,  no returns are allowed.
